 Our practice hosts a beautiful, spacious office with a three-room, state-of-the-art surgical suite, where all of our procedures are performed. Cosmabella employs the most advanced technology available today, including the FDA-approved Fraxel, Lyra Laserscope, the Palomar EsteLux Pulse Light system, Endermologie, and the convenient Mirror Program. The Mirror Program uses special software that allows patients to see what the final effects of their surgeries would be--before they even undergo any procedures. This advanced equipment ensures optimal service and promising results.
Additionally, Cosmabella provides complete skin rejuvenation and aesthetic services using the most advanced technology available. Dr. Arabitg consults with each patient individually, listening to their concerns to determine how best to achieve their goals. Under his guidance, three full time paramedical estheticians are available seven days a week and after hours, providing a variety of medical spa treatments to keep patients looking and feeling great, from European spa facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Cash, cashier's check, money order, VISA and MasterCard. A convenience charge is added to credit card transactions.

Deposit and Payment Schedule:
For Cosmetic Surgery, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a surgery date. There is also a $75 consultation fee, which will be applied to your surgery. All fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to the surgery date. Typically cosmetic surgery is not covered by your health insurance. Consult your insurance company if you have questions regarding your coverage.

Insurance Claims for Covered Procedures:
Cosmabella will file insurance claims for all non-cosmetic services as long as you have provided us with all the information necessary to file your claim. It is important for you to know your individual insurance coverage, deductible, and co-pay.
